What does a client look for in a salon.day spa?

im trying to start up a day spa in my familys hair salon and i need to know what clients like and what they want.What does a client look for in a salon.day spa?
from my personal experience..The two don't really mix well. So I would separate to two.. The vibes are on two different levels. The salon is really upbeat a little more louder music. The spa should have more of a serene atmosphere.What does a client look for in a salon.day spa?
Atmosphere!!! People go to spas to get pampered and to relax, so the place should provide both of those things. Also having lots of packages is a great way to entice people to come in! Like if they buy a package a certain price....they get a manicure for free ect...


Your core target is women, so even having a suggestion box at the salon for ideas will help you! Look into getting a massage therapist too!
