Try a Toni %26amp; Guy (in Stonebriar) Department store salons are hit or miss, but work if you can't cough up the cash. Toni %26amp; Guy is a more reputable, professional salon.I'm new to Frisco, TX, and am looking for a really good hair salon, any suggestions?
Try the mall but go to the big store that has the salon, like Penny's; they are always up on the latest styles, instead of trusting someone at the haircut house!
