HELP! Never been to a hair salon before; always got it cut at home. What should I look for when going to one?

It is awsome if you find a good salon and stylist you trust. Be ready to choose the right style for yourself and be firm on what YOU want. Don't let them take over and change your ideas. They also might try to help with different ideas. Ask the price and make your decision upon what you can afford. Love the time and visit with your sylist. Your hair will be washed, cut, colored (if you choose) styled and you will be ahhhh so beutiful!!!! Smile and do the walk!!Have a fun day!HELP! make sure that the other customers leaving there dont have bald patches
talk to the person and make sure your comfortable with them, and that they are willing to take the time to listen to your concerns and suggestions... if they dont wanna spend their time talking to you and finding out what you REALLY want dont let them near your hair!!
ask your friends who go to different places if they like where they go and if they reccommend it, and also check out their haircuts and see if you like them
