I'm looking to buy a Salon & Spa. What questions should I ask the owners.?

you should ask them about the building and the location...ex. when was this building first put up...or... has there ever been any molding or bugs found anywhere...have you guys had really good business...do you clean your product right after you use them...ect...(good luck!!!)
